โBeautiful farm and the best host. It was a thunderstorm when I arrived and she came out in the rain to show me my spot, which she switched to one that had a cover so that I would not get wet, so considerate!โ

A lovely experience: โAfter trundling down a forest road we arrived at Orren Creek Ranch, where our host, Sharon, met us at the gate. After exchanging pleasantries, she directed us to our site. What a site it was. Nestled on the edge of a small clearing, a stones throw from the property lake our site gave gorgeous views and deep woods solitude. Setting up our tent on level ground, we could hear geese, loons, and the occasional beaver tail slapping the water a scant few yards away. Night fell slowly and as the morning sun rose a perfect mirror image spread across the lake it seemed as though we were living in a landscape painting. Then the time came to depart, our gracious hosts bid us farewell and good luck. I wish I had more time to stay and experience this truly special place.โ
