The Lakeside Lookout is a premier forested sanctuary tucked elegantly among the trees. This site offers the profound peace of a woodland retreat while remaining adjacent to the scenic walking path that winds along the water’s edge. It is a spacious location with ample room to anchor an RV, a large trailer, or a traditional vehicle and tent setup.

✨ The Atmosphere

Secluded Serenity. Situated just steps from a rustic outhouse and the lake’s perimeter, this site provides a true “Soul Signal” of nature. While the natural marshland preserves the privacy and ecology of the shoreline, it offers a stunning vantage point for observing the local flora and fauna from the comfort of your campsite.

🛶 The Connection

While the marshland provides a natural boundary at your site, the full experience of the lake is just a short stroll away. Guests enjoy easy access to the shared dock at the main house, the ideal gateway for launching canoes, kayaks, or paddleboards into the deeper waters.

📏 Vehicles up to 13 meters (42ft) allowed.
🚐 Allowed rigs: Class A, B, & C RVs, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers, Campervans, Pop-ups, and Rooftop Tents.
↩️ Back-in site with ample room for slideouts.
🌱 Surface: Grass or field (Requires leveling).
🚗 Accessibility: 2WD accessible; located on a well-maintained forest path.

🔌 Utilities & Amenities

🚰 Water: Potable water available via pump/well on the Ranch grounds.
🚽 Toilet: Pit toilet/Outhouse conveniently located just steps away.
🔇 Power: No electrical, sewage, or TV hookups.
💡 Generators: Allowed during daytime; please observe Quiet Hours (10pm–9am). (Note: This site has slightly extended quiet hours for maximum tranquility.)
🔥 Fire Pit: on campsite; use conditional to provincial fire regulations.

🐕 Pet Policy

🐾 On-Leash Only: To protect your pet and the wildlife inhabitants of the marshland, dogs must remain on a leash (max 2 meters) at all times.
🧹 Leave No Trace: Please remove all pet waste, food scraps, and toys.

🕒 Check-in: After 2:00 PM | Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.

Beautiful Lake View: Loved camping at Sharon’s land , it was so beautiful and just perfect to relax and enjoy. We loved going in the lake and on the canoe. Sharon was also super nice and helpful. We will be back!

Loved it: “I loved this piece of land. We had the place all to ourselves so it was very quiet. We could see all the stars at night and heard howling coyotes, it was great. Only thing if mention is to bring a table because there’s absolutely no tables out there. Other than that, the place was spacious and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway”
